Fish Tacos Jicama

INGREDIENTS:
1 lb, 2oz grouper, cut into 3oz pieces
Seasoned flour
Olive oil
1 c julienne radicchio
1 c julienne jicama
1 c fresh or canned Mandarin orange segments
1 bunch chopped fresh cilantro
1 c diced sweet onion
Fresh lime juice
1 c diced Roma tomatoes
1 c sour cream
1 c guacamole mix with 1/2 bottle Avocado Hot Sauce
1 c shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
6 flour tortillas

DIRECTIONS:
Lightly dust fish with seasoned flour. Sauté in olive oil on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Combine all ingredients to taste in tortilla and roll. Serve immediately.
